This splendid painting was part of a wall mural near a swimming pool in a home on the house tour. Perhaps I should have posted this on Valentine's Day?!

What a beautiful painting and what a beautiful blog. You capture the wondrous colours of Mexico so beautifully. Makes me want to jump on a plane tomorrow, even tho I'm lucky enough to live in a pretty place myself.

I'm new to DP. I shall certainly be coming back to yours, Kate.

"Swimming with the fishes" -- isn't that an expression from The Sopranos ;-)))

This is very beautiful. There must have been some lovely homes on that tour. It does remind me of Valentines Day.

A Saint Valentine's theme! this one is nice however I liked the Quinceañera photo the best ... You may have to think of a little Internet connection challenge as part of the local charm.
