Mazatlan at Night

On Saturday night I went to the top of the Freeman Hotel again to watch the sky for my husband's arrival on Sun Country Airline, and this is what I saw. To the left of the small hill is a white light that looks amazingly like the aircraft as it was approaching the airport; it may or may not have been the dot of the plane that I was tracking as it approached the distant airport, but it sure does look like it! A romantic moon-filled Mexican evening!

Beautiful moon and beautiful white light too. I'm sure that it was your Honey's light you saw.

Enjoyable view, indeed.
And I took a photo from same Moon yesterday evening here near Russian border. The Moon was smiling and thinking perhaps, always is somebody taking photos from me.
Have a nice Monday, Kate!

Your beautiful Mazatlan night sky is very similary to the night sky in Quito last night. Wispy clouds and a beautiful clear moon. Happy homecoming to your husband!

This is really a good photo which does a great job of setting a romantic mood. It may be hard to go home to Saint Paul when the time comes.

What a great looking shot, was it hand held?

It makes a change to see a good view at night.
