Judicial de la Federacion

This very large modern building stands out in El Centro, primarily because its architecture is so different from all the older buildings surrounding it.

Obviously designed for a sunny and hot climate!

There are lines in that picture that make the building very interesting.

PS Thank you for the very nice comments! I'm now back home with rather heavy restrictions, but I won't stop taking pictures due to such trifles.

I believe this one contrasts with the beautiful mexican traditional houses. Very nice architecture too.

We have a historical preservation agency (INAH) in Mazatlán, I don´t know how they ever allowed this to be built in the centro histórico.

Some 60 years ago I took a course in Spanish. I lived a couple of summers in Tucson. I never could speak Spanish very well and had less success in writing it but for some odd reason I am able to almost pick out the words or names and figure out what they say.

I may be wrong but the name or title on the post is... is it "Law or legal of the federation or government." Is it something like that?

It is a modern looking and quite attractive building well photographed.

Very modern and cold actually, don't you think? The photo is great. It makes the building look majestic.
