How are youuuuuuuuuuuuu? My Hubby and I just got back from a week in the UK! Had a great time and met a few blogger friends! James of BATH was one...such a sweet guy! We sat in Starbucks for about 2 hours!;)
And this bench is a beautiful work of art...nice colored wall behind to show it off too!
What a majestic bench! I would like to ask about this red colur of a wall. When I see it, I always put it together with Mexico, am I right, is it comon there?
Mimmu, Yes, Mexico is a land of brilliant colours. The people are not afraid to use bright colours together with various shades, which is one reason why it is a land that is a photographer's paradise!
That bench needs a little softening, I think. The color behind it only accentuates its hardness, I think. But I'd certainly sit on it if I were tired . . . thankfully it is there for the weary ones.
Yes I did tell you that I was from St.Paul. How is Mexico? Your photos are brining back memories of when I was there. I really like the colors and the bench.
Annie and Gerald, Few benches I've seen in Mexico (or elsewhere) are designed to curl up on--for comfort--a brief decorative resting place is my guess. Most here are wroought iron. I am intrigued by the various designs.

Beautiful bench and I agree with Ame, love the colour of the wall. I've seen stone benches like this in Menton but never anything as ornate as this.
Super pic.

This is lovely (as are all your photos from Mexico). Mexico is obviously agreeing with you!

Great colors and composition!
I have to figure out how to get an avatar like ya'll have! If you know how, let me know...is it through the forum?
It looks rather cold and uncomfortable but nonetheless beautiful.

The color on the wall complements the bench ... I don't think I have posted a single bench and I will have to correct that.
Kate, you show some very interesting and different sides to Mexico. Nice engraving on the bench.
